DEPORTED: ICE Deports Illegal Alien Gang Members, Including Murderers, Rapists, Kidnappers, and Carjackers

Deporting illegal aliens saves lives

WASHINGTON – The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released the following statement after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported more illegal alien gang members in the previous week, including murderers, rapists, kidnappers, and carjackers.

“Every day, the brave men and women of ICE are working tirelessly to arrest and deport illegal aliens. Just last week, they deported vicious gang members, including murderers, rapists, kidnappers, and carjackers,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “DHS is delivering on President Trump’s mandate from the American people to deport illegal aliens so that we can make America safe again. Deporting illegal aliens saves lives.”

Among the illegal aliens deported last week are:

Phai You, an illegal alien from Cambodia and Asian Boys gang member, deported on September 8. His criminal history includes convictions for second-degree murder, burglary, and carrying a concealed weapon. A Department of Justice (DOJ) Immigration Judge issued You a final order of removal on February 10, 1998.

Thanh Nguyen Huu, an illegal alien from Vietnam and Asian Boys gang member, deported on September 8. His criminal history includes convictions for hit-and-run: death or injury,  attempted murder, assault with a firearm, discharge firearm at inhabited dwelling, possession of a firearm by a felon, second-degree burglary, assault with a deadly weapon – not a firearm, possession of material/device for arson, possession of a controlled substance for sale, and obstruct/resist a public officer.

Hung Quoc Bui, an illegal alien from Vietnam and Asian Boys gang member, deported on September 8. His criminal history includes convictions for statutory rape, burglary, gang activity, identity theft, and forgery. A DOJ Immigration Judge issued Bui a final order of removal on February 9, 2004.

Dat Tien Trinh, an illegal alien from Vietnam and Oriental Boys gang member, deported on September 8. His criminal history includes convictions for kidnap during carjacking, second-degree robbery, kidnapping to commit robbery, carjacking, evading peace officer: disregard safety, carrying a prohibited weapon, and appropriating lost property. A DOJ Immigration Judge issued Trinh a final order of removal on June 26, 2018.

Oscar Armando Ramos-Ayala, an illegal alien from El Salvador and San Fernando Valley Gang member, deported on September 7. His criminal history includes convictions for second-degree robbery, possession of a controlled substance, grand theft vehicle, obstructing or resisting a public officer, and false identification to a peace officer. A DOJ Immigration Judge issued Ramos-Ayala a final order of removal on July 7, 1999.
